To secure the private room and refuse guests from another party from entering, a $1500.00 minimum food and beverage “buyout” is required Sunday through Thursday and a $2000.00 minimum buyout on a Friday or Saturday for dinner. 

For example: if you have a party of 16 and you would like to be seated in the private room at 3 of the 4 large tables, we will do our best not to seat an additional party at the empty table, but on a busy weekend we will likely seat that table. If you buy out the room, the entire room is yours for the above price.

 

All deposits are non-refundable. 

The full amount of your deposit will be applied towards the food and beverage expenses for your event.

 

Confirmation of the final number of attendees of any function must be submitted to us no later than 4 days prior to the function date. The Quarter will be prepared to serve five percent (5%) in excess of the guarantee. All charges will be based upon the final guarantee, or the actual number of guest served, whichever is larger. 

 

No pins, tacks, adhesives or decor of any kind are permitted on any of The Quarter walls, tables, chairs or doors. Also No balloons please, as they are an extreme fire hazard with our halogen lighting.
